To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policy. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will also be charged 30% of the service total. This fee helps cover the reserved time that could have been offered to another client.
